The NT Loop is 50" in length and 3" wide, and can be used for a wide range of exercises. Designed by our friend Nick Tumminello, the NT Loop is especially effective for exercises such as:

  • Band kneeing hip thrusts⁣
  • Band lying leg curls⁣
  • Band leg extensions ⁣
  • Band lateral push offs ⁣

    The Blue NT Loop (Burn+) is the strongest resistance currently available.
